At Sahara Morocco Travels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy for all our tours and services:

1. Cancellation by the Traveler

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• 7 to 14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking amount.

• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

• No-show or last-minute cancellation: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Sahara Morocco Travels

In rare cases where Sahara Morocco Travels must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or safety concerns):

• Travelers will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule the trip at no additional cost.

• If the cancellation is due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., force majeure), we will work to offer alternative solutions.

3. Changes & Rescheduling

• Travelers may request changes or rescheduling up to 15 days before departure with no additional charge (subject to availability).

• Changes requested less than 15 days before departure may incur additional costs.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

• Bank transfer and transaction fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Travel Insurance Recommendation

To protect your trip from unexpected cancellations, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen travel disruptions.
